Led by keynote speakers &#8211; our respected  Principal Madam Melba Vas,  Tr. Nelia Pereira, Tr. Sadika Farhath M. Ali,  and  Tr. Roweena M. Dias.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center\" style=\"grid-template-columns:28% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/mountmaryhss.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Amadora-XI-Arts.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The sessions encouraged students to break limiting codes, explore their inner strengths, and gain clarity about their identity. The workshop witnessed remarkable breakthroughs as participants shifted perspectives, overcame self-doubt, and developed confidence. With powerful conversations and interactive activities, the initiative created a safe space for expression and learning. Students walked away with heightened awareness, emotional resilience, and a renewed belief in themselves, marking a significant step in their personal growth journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three days workshop ended by giving certificates to all the participants.
