Resource person for the session was Mr.\nAnchit Rasik Shet Parker, Assistant professor, Department of Microbiology,\nPES\u2019s RSN, College of Arts and Science, Ponda Goa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The session started at 9.15 a.m.\nwith a welcome of the resource person, Principal and the students. Our\nPrincipal Madam Melba Vas also welcomed the resource person with a bouquet of\nflowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Anchit Shet Parker gave a brief\nintroduction on the topic, \u2018 Scope of Microbiology\u2019. He introduced about\ndifferent career option in the field of microbiology like DNA fingerprinting,\nPathology labs, Microbiologist, research, Food and Beverage industry, Analyst,\nParamedic, Post graduation, Embryologist, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Anchit motivated the students\nto take up their career in microbiology and also introduced them to various\ncolleges available in Goa as well as outside Goa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students were well engrossed in the\nsession and they gained a lot of knowledge.
