73rd Republic Day Celebrations

The 73 rd Republic Day was celebrated in our MMHSS, Chinchinim on 26 th
January, 2022, following all the norms on social distancing to avoid the spread of Covid -19

Tr. Luella, who was the compere for the function gave an introduction and welcomed the gathering. Which was followed by Unfurling of the flag by our Principal Mrs. Melba Vas and singing of the National Anthem.

A prayer service was conducted by Tr. Manusha and her team invoking God’s blessing. Tr. Desiree shared her thoughts of patriotism on this special occasion.

A vote of thanks was proposed by the compere Tr. Luella.

This year India celebrates its 75th Independence Day on August 15th 2021. The situation due to covid 19 has put constraint to celebrate this historical moment. But taking into consideration the pandemic situation, we decided to celebrate this historic moment in a befitting manner.

Goa Liberation Day 2020 at mount Mary's Higher Secondary School, Chinchinim

The 59th Goa Liberation Day was celebrated on 19th December2019 at mount Mary’s Higher Secondary School at 8:30 am

The program commenced with the unfurling of national flag at the hands of Manager Rev. Fr. Jose Antonio Costa and Principal Sir Trevor Vaz Baretto. the students saluted the flag and sang the national anthem.
