A Good Shepherd, a Pastor after God’s heart is the greatest treasure which the good Lord can grant to us. And hence on August 5, 2023, the Principal Melba Vas, the teaching and non-teaching staff of Mount Mary’s HSS celebrated Pastors Day to show their love and appreciation for their Manager, Rev Fr. The induction ceremony of the Student Council of Mount Mary’s Higher Secondary School was held on 7th July 2023. The compere Ms. Jewella Valadares welcomed the gathering.
The function began with a prayer service invoking God’s blessings.
Our Manager, Rev. Fr. Alex D’ Souza administered the oath to the Student Council and Class representatives and Principal Madam Melba Vas pinned the batches to the student council.

Mount Mary Higher Secondary School, Chinchinim, celebrated the Van Mahotsav on 8th July 2023. An initiative was introduced in the school to promote a culture of environmental conservation and afforestation.
The programme commenced gracefully by invoking God’s blessing followed by planting of sapling by the Manager, Rev. Fr. Alex John D’Souza and the Principal, Ms. Melba Vas.

The feast of Sao Joao is a celebration of the birth anniversary of Saint John the Baptist. It is a wonderful celebration of tradition and beliefs and marks the first festival of the School, with a desire to spread unity and communal harmony by celebrating all Festivals.
